The Trustee is

A trustee is an individual or a company appointed to manage and administer the assets held in a trust on behalf of the beneficiaries. They have a fiduciary duty to act in the best interests of the beneficiaries, following the terms set out in the trust deed. We highly recommend that your trust have a corporate trustee.
